RFT 05.26 Onslow Airport – Airfield Design Consultancy Service

Brief

The Shire of Ashburton (Principal) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced engineering consultants to undertake the detailed design for the Onslow Airport Runway Pavement Strengthening and Aircraft Capacity Expansion Project. The Principal has appointed TSA Riley as the Principal's Representative and Project Manager for this project. The successful Consultant will report directly to the Principal's Representative on all matters relating to design progress, technical deliverables, and contract administration. While the Contract is held with the Principal, TSA Riley acts with the authority of the Principal to provide instructions and certify milestone deliverables. The Tenderer must outline the organisational capability of their proposed consultant team, with particular focus on demonstrated experience in airfield pavement design, traffic mix modelling, airfield ground lighting, and apron configuration for regional aviation facilities.
