TEN/2979 Design, Supply and Installation of Shade Sails for FY27 Shade Program

Background As part of the FY27 Shade Sails Program, Council is looking to engage a Respondent to design, supply and install shade sails at the following sites: • Banksia Park Fitness Equipment (2 areas) • Banksia Park Playground • Isis Child and Family Support Building Scope of Works In Scope • Detailed engineering design of the shade structure/s to match existing structures where suitable. The completion of the design shall constitute a ‘HOLD POINT’ where the design shall be reviewed and approved by Council. • Application and payment of building approval and applicable fees. • Location and identification of existing underground services is the responsibility of the successful Respondent. • Pricing offered in Returnable Schedule 2 should allow for Hydrovac excavation only for all sites.
