Design Consultancy Services - Moreton Bay Stage 3

Brief

The University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC or the University) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced design teams to deliver comprehensive architectural design services, including all sub-consultancy disciplines for Moreton Bay Stage 3 – Building B1 and the adaptive reuse of A1-Level 1 at the Moreton Bay campus. Moreton Bay Stage 3 (MBS3) represents a pivotal step in the maturation of the UniSC Moreton Bay campus, shifting the focus from establishment to consolidation, activation and long term optimisation. The campus is experiencing sustained and accelerating growth. Without intervention, the existing capacity constraint will limit enrolment growth, constrain teaching and research activity and place increasing pressure on staff workspaces and student support services.
