Brief

The Chillers and Cooling Towers forms a critical role in temperature control for the manufacturing, testing, and distribution of blood and blood products and comfort of staff. The equipment represents a substantial capital investment, and it is recognised that ongoing maintenance is required to ensure reliability for short- and long-term operation and to ensure the safety of all users. The objective of servicing is to inform on the performance of preventative maintenance inspections in accordance with AS 3666, AIRAH DA19 Appendix A- A7 & A12 and other relevant standards, to minimise faults, damage, and breakdowns and to maximise the life of the equipment. The successful supplier plays an important role by identifying equipment-related issues that could potentially impact the operation of the equipment or parts thereof and to notify Lifeblood of the findings.
