Construction (Shire Hall Upgrade)

Brief

Cook Shire Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified Tenderers for the construction of a new ablution block, covered access pathway, ramp and carpark works at the Shire Hall, Cooktown as described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope. The Works generally include: • Demolition and removal of the existing ablution block and existing access walkway, including disposal of materials off-site; • Construction of a new ablution block; • Construction of accessible covered access pathways and ramps; • Carpark, drainage and associated civil works; • Associated building, structural, hydraulic, electrical and ancillary works required to complete the project. Separate pricing is required for each project element including: • Ablution Block; • Pathway/Ramp Works; and • Carpark Works. All works are to be completed in accordance with the attached plans, specifications and consultant documentation. <...
