Fire Compliance and Testing Services

Brief

Kempsey Shire Council is due to renew their contract for fire compliance and testing services that is generally an annual Fire Safety Delivery Program however they are now looking to commit to a 3 year contract with a further extension option of 2 years. The contract is to involve: - FSDP, Identifying the timing for the delivery of fire safety and compliance activities across the portfolio, including a schedule of fees. - Delivery of fire safety statements in accordance with the FSDP. - Quotes and/or advice regarding any additional, ongoing maintenance or replacement of fire safety equipment. This procurement will support KSC’s obligations under the NSW Environment planning and assessment regulation Act 2021 and Australian standard AS 1851 for maintaining fire safety systems across councils assets.
