The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of the Foyer of the Administration Building at Crestmead State School, located at 27-61 Augusta Street, Crestmead QLD 4132. The scope of works comprises the internal refurbishment of the existing Administration Foyer including new walls, joinery, flooring, lighting and internal finishes Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: • Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works • Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1M Submissions close on 26/06/2026 at 3:00pm via email to [email protected]
