Brief

The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for the design and construction (D&C) on multiple AS1428.1 accessibility ramps and pathways at Everton Park State School. This tender is for a principal contractor to undertake the entire scope of works. The project involves the delivery of accessibility ramps and pathways across three key areas in the school: • Zone A: A ramp providing access from the Administration Block to the Multi-Purpose Hall. • Zone B: A ramp connecting the top terrace level down to the oval. • Zone C: A covered pathway linking the Prep Building to the pool area. The appointed principal contractor will be responsible for the full scope of works including design and obtaining the relevant statutory approvals.
