Metro North Health (MNH) has identified a requirement to establish a contract with an external Supplier for the provision of a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) cloud-based electronic Contractor Management System (CMS) Software as a Service (SaaS) to manage Health and Safety requirements of contractors who are directly or indirectly managed by MNH’s Building Engineering and Maintenance Services (BEMS). This Invitation to Offer (ITO) supports patient care by ensuring maintenance and construction activities essential to the integrity of MNH’s healthcare services are provided promptly, safely, and without risk to MNH’s workers, patients and visitors. BEMS has a duty to ensure MNH’s physical assets are kept to a high standard of safety, that maintenance of physical assets results in minimal interruption to healthcare services, and to ensure physical assets comply with all relevant national, state, and local government legislation, standards and policies.
