2026 -Cleaning Services at People First Stadium and Cbus Super Stadium

Brief

Stadiums Queensland is seeking proposals from suitably qualified companies, organisations and individual operators for the provision of Cleaning Services at People First Stadium (Carrara) and/or Cbus Super Stadium (Robina) on the Gold Coast. There are four (4) components of Cleaning Services required which are to be managed simultaneously by the successful Proponent. These include: 1. Day to Day Cleaning - Cleaning of tenancy areas, including Venue Management and Catering Administration areas 2. Event Cleaning - Pre-Event, Event Day and Post-Event 3. Function Cleaning 4. Additional / General Maintenance Cleaning Services - Up to 38 hours per week of General Cleaning around the venue as agreed outside of Event Commitments Proponents will need to provide Cleaning Services at different times, depending on the specific requirements of each event.
