IRC-E&I-0326-T466 Gravel Resheet Program 2026-2027

Brief

The Rural Network Road Resheeting Project is a key initiative of Isaac Regional Council (IRC) and forms part of Council’s annual capital works program. It is designed to address the ongoing renewal needs of the unsealed road network across the Isaac region. These rural roads are vital to the daily operations of local industries, especially agriculture and mining, as well as providing essential access for residents, services, and emergency vehicles. As part of the 2026–2027 capital program, this project targets priority sections of the unsealed road network. The resheeting works will include gravel supply and cartage, reshaping of the existing road surface to proper formation, and improvements to drainage. The project is separated into three separable portions: SP1, SP2, and SP3 representing the West, Central and East region of IRC respectively.
