Brief

Federation University operates across multiple campuses comprising a diverse range of facilities including teaching spaces, laboratories, administrative buildings, libraries, plant rooms and specialist research environments. Mechanical services systems across these facilities include heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) plant and associated infrastructure necessary to maintain appropriate environmental conditions within University buildings. The preventative maintenance services specified within this tender apply to nominated buildings and mechanical services assets across Federation University campuses. Exclusion: BMS Services are out of scope and are not included as part of this tender. Please ensure that all files attached to this tender are responded to as required.
