Inner West Council invites suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to provide Design & Construct (D&C) services, including all design, certification, construction, commissioning, and handover of the building remediation and upgrades to Quote for the Design & Construction of Thirning Villa Refurbishment, Lighting and Air-Conditioning (AC) Upgrade. Thinring Villa is a historical building of heritage significance located behind the tennis courts at 40 Arthur Street Ashfield Inner West Council provides self-contained accommodation within Thirning Villa to arts organisations, refugee groups and the Ashfield Historical Society. In 2019, the roof void was cleaned under HAZMAT conditions, a new slate roof, new gutters and downpipes, new hardwood decking to the front and side elevations were installed and the exterior painted.
