ITT2529 Streetscape Upgrade - Mill and Currie Streets, Nambour

Brief

Sunshine Coast Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to construct streetscaping, roadworks and a signalised crossing at, and adjacent to the intersection of Mill and Currie Streets, Nambour. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: • Signalised pedestrian crossing • Lighting • Road pavement works • Concrete pavement construction; • Paved pathway construction; • Landscaped gardens; • Concrete driveways and kerb ramps; • Signage and line marking; • Kerb & channel works; • Stormwater drainage works; • Supply and Installation of precast islands; • Public utility alterations; • Working with TMR in a TMR corridor in accordance with TMR approvals; • Traffic and pedestrian management; • Site management; • Environmental management; • WH&S management; • Sub-contractor management and <...
