Brief

Barcoo Shire Council (Council) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for appointment to a panel arrangement for the delivery of major civil works across the Barcoo Shire. The panel is being established to support the efficient and scalable delivery of Council’s capital works program, including a significant pipeline of works funded under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) and the Transport and Main Roads Road Maintenance Performance Contract (TMR RMPC) program, over an initial period of two years, with potential extension. The intent of the panel is to provide Council with access to pre-qualified contractors capable of delivering repeat work packages in a remote operating environment.
