Brief

Council has an ongoing requirement to replace and refresh end-user computing devices including laptops, desktops, workstations, tablets, and associated peripherals. The current main fleet comprises approximately 2,000 devices (laptops/desktops) across Council facilities. The specification defines Sunshine Coast Council's requirements for PC as a Service (PCaaS) – a comprehensive managed service encompassing the supply, service cost, deployment, support, lifecycle management, and disposal of end user computing devices. Council seeks to transition from traditional hardware procurement to a fully managed service model where a single supplier assumes end-to-end accountability for Council's computing device fleet.
