Boonah Sports Complex - Change Facilities

Brief

Scenic Rim Regional Council ("Council" or "Principal") is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of upgraded change facilities at Coronation Park, Boonah Sports Complex (the ‘Boonah Sports Complex – Change Facilities Project’). The Project forms part of Council’s ongoing investment in community sporting infrastructure to improve accessibility, functionality, and amenity for users of Council-owned recreational facilities. The works are intended to deliver durable, low-maintenance facilities that support year round sporting and community use. This is a construct only contract. Council has prepared documentation including architectural, civil, structural and services information to define the scope of works.
