The Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) has a requirement for a Design and Construct Head Works Contractor for the Refurbishment of the Australian High Commission Staff Residential Compound Konedobu, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. The refurbishment works include design due diligence, demolition, and replacement of internal services, fixtures and finishes across 39 residences within a large secure operational compound. The residences are a mix of townhouses, duplexes and apartments comprised of 3 and 4 bedrooms across multiple levels. The project will be delivered through a staged rolling program of works to maintain safety and operational continuity within the compound. Overall delivery is anticipated to occur over an approximate period of 4.5 years.
