Brief

The lighting system at Charles Perkins House (CPH) is at end of life, unserviceable, and no longer compliant with current safety and performance standards. The existing lighting system is Clipsal Schneider DALI, as per the specifications in the Approach to Market document. The full LED upgrade must: • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and illumination standards. • Support the NIAA’s Net Zero targets through energy-efficient infrastructure. • Achieve recommended lux levels across all workstations. For further details, refer to the Approach to Market document, noting that an updated Requirement is anticipated to be issued by 18 June 2026 via addendum.
