The information collected assists in assessing client service needs and helps with planning for new or enhanced services, their delivery and strategic planning to ensure high standards and quality services are maintained. To evaluate the Library’s services for the 48th Parliament, the Library would like to consider whether there is a more innovative or alternative approach to the methodology previously used.
