The requirement is for co-development a project (the Project) that successfully combines practical pesticide regulation improvements with concomitant progress in on-farm pesticide efficacy and safety, and integrated weed management in direct-seeded rice systems. The Project is to be developed in partnership with relevant Lao and Cambodian regulatory and research institutions so that this concomitant progress can be achieved and capacity developed at a national, provincial and district/commune level.
