The assessment revealed significant structural deterioration, indicating the tower will become unsuitable for operational use within the next 12 months. Due to the advanced state of degradation, ongoing maintenance costs are projected to exceed the cost of full replacement. As such, DBCA’s Fire Management Services Branch (FMSB) is seeking quotes to replace the tower like for like replacement of the SFT.
