The Customer requests a range of geotechnical services and documents to be delivered in five (5) parts: 1. Geotechnical Assessment (Part 1). 2. Provisional – Geotechnical Assessment (Parts 1 and 2) and Rehabilitation Options Study. 3. Provisional - Tender Specifications and Opinion of Probable Costs. 4. Provisional - Site Supervision (geotechnical) and Completion Report; and 5. Provisional - Post Works Monitoring Program and Reports. Each part will be detailed in the request specifications, with each part dependent on the outcomes of preceding parts. Dependent parts are labelled as provisional above and shall only proceed following written request by the Customer agreeing to a revised fee estimate which shall be based on the schedule of rates agreed at contract award. The Consultant shall also commit to enable employment of Aboriginal people on-Country though the delivery of the services.
