| WA-C000969 | RWWA are looking to contract a panel of videographers to provide the full range of production and postproduction services. RWWA operate with an in-house design capability, but due to the increasing volume of work, will require external support for a variety of shoot activities with different parts of the organisation including: Corporate Communications ? content regarding RWWA the organisation and activities Sponsorship events, awards dinner events Content marketing promotions ? e.g., one off interviews, outdoor shoots with sporting talent Racing Trials ? early morning shots of thoroughbred trials ? around the state Race days - support for content team production on race days ? interviews with racing participants (trainers, owners, jockeys) Social media - ability to work with video content to edit and upload to RWWA social media channels when required Hours of engagement ? RWWA work can involve out of hours engagement ? early mornings for trials work, weekends for events, sponsorships and race-day activity Not every activity will always require all the videographer partner capability. On occasion, video shooting graphic or post-production editing will be completed in house.
