An assessment of the current systems at HSS including identifying why they are no longer fit for purpose and potential risks and issues. A desktop review of relevant Government Policy and Legislation and how it links with the Business Case e.g. the Sustainable Health Review and the WA Government Digital Strategy. A detailed options analysis which includes capital and non-capital solutions.
