DEMONSTRATED SUITABILITY OF THE SPECIFIED PERSONNEL (WEIGHTING 50%) The Respondent must demonstrate the Specified Personnel meet the requirements outlined in this Request and provide examples of previous works undertaken by the Specified Personnel in the delivery of ICT services similar to those required. The Application Developer must have skillsets similar to those listed below; ESSENTIAL SKILLS Considerable experience in application development work Experience in the testing and configuration of enterprise application solutions Demonstrated experience in use Platforms such as SharePoint 2010, C#, ASP.NET, AJAX, JavaScript / jQuery, Typescript, Angular JS, React, WCF and SQL Server. In-depth knowledge and understanding of application architecture. Experience in working in SharePoint administration and development. Experience in NET developer for large government clients, performing development duties and providing technical consultation throughout the project lifecycle. Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to consult and liaise with a range of clients and stakeholders.
