| WA-MHC2021102 | The CYPRESS service is a free and long-term support service for children and young people between the ages of 6 and 18 who have been bereaved by suicide in the Perth metropolitan area. The CYPRESS service is predominately individual counselling sessions and case management for children and young people, with the caregiver?s involvement when required . The service can include, psychoeducation, peer support and support groups for children and young people. In addition, the service will: Provide community capacity building activities, including: community education & support, networking and resources in collaboration with Anglicare WA?s service Active Response Bereavement Outreach (ARBOR); and Manage the CYPRESS website to provide information on CYPRESS, including resources and tools for the community to help themselves or others.
