| WA-CCC1222 | Scope of Work: The Corruption and Crime Commission (the Commission) utilizes the following TechnologyOne software (Ci Anywhere, and Ci) products: TechnologyOne Publisher ScanWatcher TechnologyOne Enterprise Asset Management TechnologyOne Breakout Packs TechnologyOne Supply Chain Management TechnologyOne Financials TechnologyOne HR and Payroll TechnologyOne Reporting and analytics (Dashboard, XL Reports, ETL. etc) ? (Note: The Contractor will spend 50% of the time in these modules ? the other 50% is spent in system maintenance and improving the functionalities of all the other modules) TechnologyOne Enterprise Budgeting. TechnologyOne Business Process Management. The Commission is seeking a single Contractor to provide one suitably experienced and qualified resource in the above mentioned products to: Provide ongoing system support and maintenance services; Address client requests to improve the functionality of the system as required; and Provide system training on TechnologyOne software to build agency capability. Liaise with TechnologyOne via a portal about technical and overall issues. The Contractor will be directed what duties to undertake on a day to day basis by the Customer?s Representative Schedule: Timeframes: Approximately 1 October 2023 contract commencement. Frequency: Approximately three (3) days per week, minimum one (1) day onsite per week? subject to change as pe Customer discretion. The Customer will provide a minimum of one months? notice if changes to the requirements are required. Hours: 7.5 hours per day. Weeks: 48 weeks per annum. Location: Level 5, 45 Francis St, Northbridge, WA. Work: Mix of on-site and offsite. Work: Delivery of tasks as identified by Commission staff.
