This will provide efficiencies for the time sensitive process in order to meet milestones within the contractual time frames outlined within the ETCS Program Alliance Agreement (PAA). Approval of a sole invitation of PwC is sought to deliver these works due to their previous experience and knowledge of the ETCS program. This invitation will minimise costs in engaging a new party to start the work without any prior knowledge.
