Details of specific skills and experience are noted further in Schedule 2, as well as indicative engagement time frames for each project. DFES prefers to engage a single organisation for retention of business knowledge, consistency in consultation with stakeholders and project interdependencies. As such, Respondents shall quote for the full scope of work.
