Provision of a confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for ODPP employees and their immediate family members, including short-term counselling, management support and critical incident response, delivered on an as-required basis. The provision of an EAP is an established component of ODPP’s obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (WA) and reflects ODPP’s ongoing commitment to staff wellbeing.
