North Metropolitan TAFE (NMTAFE) invites Offers from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the supply, delivery, installation, training and commissioning (including the removal of packaging post installation) of classroom Audio Visual (AV) equipment (refer to Schedule 2 specification for AV scope) across its campuses. In addition to the provision of new AV equipment, NMTAFE requires ongoing support and maintenance services on a ‘fee-for-service’ basis. These services must cover newly installed equipment and pre-existing AV infrastructure across campuses. Given that NMTAFE has the core function of delivering training services to paying customers, the availability and reliability of AV teaching tools is critical to maintaining service quality and meeting customer needs. As such, the Contractor is required to respond to requests for ongoing and urgent support. NMTAFE is seeking to establish a non-mandatory standing offer arrangement with one (1) Contractor for the provision of the above-mentioned Goods and Services.
