To support Communities to design, deliver and report on market testing with NGO providers to both confirm and further inform the model and its delivery; and to understand market preparedness, capability and capacity to and associated requirements (e.g. workforce). Provision of external expertise to complete statewide consultations with NGO providers with known experience supporting families and young children (aged 0-8 years inclusive) with developmental delay and or autism who have low to moderate support needs.
