The works include refurbishment of 1 x male student (B18) and 1 x female student (B16) toilets in Block B at Cottesloe Primary School, as per DHW Scope of Works. Asbestos removal works are to be undertaken by a Class A Licenced Asbestos Removal Contractor. ACM works to be completed during a weekend with the clearance certificate to be obtained and provided to the school Monday morning, to safely re-occupy the site.
