CITS requires a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to prepare a business case seeking funding in the State Budget for the Mount Lawley Creative Industries Hub. This is required to implement the Hub’s commercial and artistic vision, revitalising the site and making better use of State assets. The business case will consider operational and financial modelling to ensure a sustainable mix of commercial and not-for-profit creative industry tenants.
